Shipping and Delivery
We ship anywhere in the world.
Please allow 3 – 5 business days to pack any of our products, and 28 days for our limited editions. Our limited editions take longer to ship and pack as they are often very delicate items and we want to ensure they arrive with you safely.
For deliveries of limited editions near our office in Camden, we use a local courier company. We will contact you to arrange delivery at a convenient time if we see you are nearby.
You are also more than welcome to collect from our office. Please contact us on email@example.com to arrange.
Delivery of our Products
For our products we use Royal Mail for both our UK and international deliveries. They offer a tracking service within the UK. When your order is ready to be dispatched (to a UK address) we will send you an email which will contain a tracking number which you can use to check its progress. Please be aware that this service requires a signature on receipt.
Once your product has been shipped, standard delivery times are as follows:
UK: 1 day delivery
Europe: 3-5 working days
International: 5-7 working days
Cost of dispatch will be calculated according to the delivery address and added to your total upon checkout.
Delivery of our Limited Editions
When it comes to limited editions, Plinth makes every effort to ensure that they arrive safely, securely and undamaged. We use specialist fine art packers to ship these pieces. This means that delivery can take up to 28 days. Of course, we'll aim to get your limited edition to you as quickly as possible.
Upon receiving your order the website will automatically calculate the delivery cost to your address and add to your total upon checkout. Once the edition has been shipped, we’ll get in touch again to run through delivery details.
Any import duties which are incurred with an international shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser.
