This print is of a sketch for a sculpture included in the series ‘Dhee Rani’ (Princess Daughter) which reflects on the complexity of cultural paradox that involves domestic violence and contemporary slavery as a result of cultural transition. Here, footballs are bejewelled with carefully selected traditional Pakistani decorations that are used on Bridal dresses.
